激光束质量评价中随机误差对测量精度的影响

【摘要】 以激光束矩量分析理论及光束质量因子的概念为基础,运用数理统计手段,导出了分析随机误差对测量精度影响的具体方法。将此方法实际应用于一假定激光束,通过计算机模拟仿真,得到了具体数据。结果表明,随机误差和噪声对激光束测量精度的影响不显著,在实际测量中,不应对测量系统的随机误差和噪声性能提出过高的要求。

【Abstract】 In the field of laser beam parameter measurement and quality evaluation,the study of random error effect upon the measurement precision is of great importance for proper selection of detector and electronic circuitry.On the basis of the popular moment analysis and the concept of laser beam quality factor,the method to analyze such effects is deduced statistically.This method is applied to a supposed laser beam measurement,and the result is obtained by computer simulation.Such data indicate that the random error and noise have no great effect on the measurement precision,so in laser beam measurement in practice,excessive requirements for high performance of small random error amd noise should not be demanded from the measurement sys-tem
