高速逆流色谱分离苦参中的总生物碱
Separation of Alkaloids from the Root of Sophora Flavescens Ait by High-Speed Countercurrent Chromatography
【摘要】 以氯仿:甲醇:NaN2PO4缓冲液(pH5.4)=27:20:13为溶剂系统,上相为固定相,下相为流动相.从中药苦参的总生物碱中共分得10个成份,其中9个与碘化铋钾试剂反应生成桔红色的化合物.还用高效硅胶薄层板验证了分离效果,并用MS证实了其中的苦参碱成份.
【Abstract】 High-speed countercurrent chromatograph was successfully applied tothe separation of alkaloids from the root of sophora flavescens ait with a two-phase-solvent system composed of CHCl3:CH3OH: 2.3×10-2mol/L NaH2PO4(pH5.4)=27:20:13 and ten chemical components was obtained. Identification of each alkaloid wasmade by HPTLC. Sophocarpidine was verified by MS.
