【Abstract】 The title anticorrosion coating can be coated on the surface of substrate (steel, iron, i. e.) without pretreatment. It can react with rust (Fe oxide), and make it into stable chelate. Thus it can transfer the active rust into inert covering, so as to protect the steel instrutments.
