基于神经网络实现模糊控制的方法
Research Work of Fuzzy Control Based on Neural Networks
【摘要】 介绍了一艇模糊控制器的结构和主要组成部分(模糊化、模糊推理和反模糊化)的工作原理,介绍了实现模糊控制的查表法、硬件专用模糊控制器和软件模糊推理法的特点.讨论了一种模糊神经网络智能控制方法,并介绍了采用多层神经网络表达模糊控制的知识规则、模糊推理和学习算法讨论了模糊逻辑与神经网络之间的互补关系以及模糊控制器的神经网络实现方法.这种控制方案可改善具有非线性时变及大滞后系统的控制品质,其性能优于常规模糊控制.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the general structure of fuzzy controller, working principles of the main the components(fuzzification, fuzzy inference and defuzzification), and the characteristics of look-up-table method for fuzzy control hardware for a special purpose fuzzy controller and method of software fuzzy inference are deseribed. This paper discusses an intelligent contrtol method based on fuzzy neural networks, and the methods for representing the knowledge rule of the fuzzy control, fuzzy inference and learning algorithm using multi-layer neural networks. It discusses the complementary relatiollship and implementation of fuzzy control using neural networks. Practice shows that the controller may improve the controlling quality in the non-linear, changeable and large time lags control systems. The performance is superior to the conventional fuzzy control.
