磁性流体静密封耐压能力近似计算法
Approximate Calculation of Magnetic Fluid Static Sealing Pressure-Resistant Capacity
【摘要】 采用半解析法计算了磁性液体密封区的磁场分布和磁性流体静密封耐压能力,理论计算出的耐压值和实验值相吻合,此结果证明磁场分布近似求法的正确性分析结果为实际磁性流体密封件的设计提供了指导.
【Abstract】 In this article, half-analysis methed is used to calculate the magnetic field distribution of magnetic fluid sealing region and to determine the magnetic fluid static sealing pressure-resistant capacity. The calculated pressure-resistant values are in good agreement with those obtained from the experiments. The results prove the correctness of the method and serve as a guide to the design of sealing pieces of magnetic field.
