有机/聚合物双异质结发光二极管
Organic/polymeric double-heterojunction light-emitting diodes
【摘要】 报道了用有机/聚合物薄膜材料制备的双异质结发光二极管。器件结构为:玻璃衬底/ITO/PVK/Alq3/PBD/Alq3/Al电极。在这种结构器件中,电子和空穴分别从Al负电极和ITO正电极中注入,并在PBD及PVK中传输注入到Alq3发光层中。器件在正向偏压为4V时有绿色光输出;在正向偏压为10V,最大亮度可达3000cd/m2以上。经光谱测试,电致发光峰值波长为523nm。
【Abstract】 Double-heterjunction light-emitting diodes(LEDs) based on organic/polymeric thin layers have been fabricated.The structure of the device is as follows:glass(substrate)/indium-tin-oxide(ITO)/PVK/Alq 3/PBD/Alq 3/Al in which the electrons and holes are respectively injected from the Al negative electrode and ITO positive electrode and transported through PVK and PBD layers,into Alq 3 electroluminescent layer.Green light can be observed at forward bias voltage of 4 V,whereas maximum brightness up to 3 000 cd/m 2 can be achieved at forward bias voltage of 10 V with EL peak wavelength of 523 nm.
