脑缺血时皮层谷氨酸转运体功能及MDA和SOD的变化

【摘要】 ①目的探讨脑缺血时皮层突触膜颗粒谷氨酸转运体的功能及丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。②方法采用大鼠三血管结扎模型,应用放射免疫分析法观察了完全性脑缺血120min时脑皮层突触膜颗粒谷氨酸转运体功能的改变,同时测定了MDA含量及SOD活力变化。③结果大鼠脑缺血时突触膜颗粒谷氨酸转运体功能和SOD明显降低,MDA明显增高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(t=2.846,4.965,5.071,P<0.05,0.01)。④结论脑缺血时皮层谷氨酸转运体功能降低与自由基损伤有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of glutamate transporter function, MDA contents and SOD activity in ischemic synaptosomes in rat cerebral cortex. Methods After complete cerebral ischemia for 120 minutes,glutamate transporter function,MDA and SOD were studied by means of radioimmunoassy and spectrophotometry. Results The glutamate transporter function and SOD activity were significantly decreased( t=4.965,5.071,P <0.01).Contents of MDA were increased( t=2.846,P <0.05). Conclusion Glutamate transporter function and free radical participated in ischemic brain damage.
