颈丛运动支的解剖观察及其临床意义

【摘要】 ①目的探讨利用颈丛运动支移位修复臂丛神经根性撕脱损伤的可行性,并为临床应用提供可靠的形态学资料。②方法应用显微解剖方法解剖观察了30例成人尸体标本颈丛运动支的分支分布形式及其可供游离的长度和直径等。③结果颈2,颈3及颈4脊神经前支均发出运动支支配肩胛提肌及斜角肌群。其中尤以颈3及颈4脊神经发出的肩胛提肌支较为粗大且恒定。其长度分别为27.58±6.99mm和33.74±6.50mm,直径分别为0.97±0.35mm和1.16±0.45mm,平均截面积为0.20mm,所含神经纤维平均为850条。④结论颈丛部分运动支具备足够的长度和直经,用其移位修复臂丛神经根性损伤是可行的。

【Abstract】 Objective To confirm the feasibility of using the motorius branches of the cervical plexus to repair the avulsed roots of the brachial plexus and supply the dependable morphological data for clinical application. Methods The distribution, dissoluble length, and diameter of the motorius branch of the cervical plexus were observed and measured by anatomic microscope and electronic digital caliper on 30 adult samples. Results The motor branches to the scalenus anterior, medius, posterior and the levator scapulae were from the ventricular trunks of the second, third and fourth cervical spinal nerve roots. Among which, those from the third and fourth cervical nerve roots were thicker and more regular. The average length of these two motor branches were 27.58 ±6.99mm and 33.74 ± 6. 50mm, the diameter were 0.97±0.35mm and 1.16±0.45mm respectively, and the section area was about 0.22mm. The number of the motorius fibre was about 850. Conclusion Its feasible to repair the avulsed roots of the brachial plexus with the motorius branches of the cervical plexus.
