【摘要】 ①目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒１６型和１８型（ＨＰＶ１６和ＨＰＶ１８）感染与上皮性卵巢癌的关系。②方法选取１９９１～１９９３年存档的上皮性卵巢癌石蜡包埋组织４２例，良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤石蜡包埋组织２６例，正常卵巢石蜡包埋组织２０例。用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术测定了上述组织内ＨＰＶ１６－ＤＮＡ和ＨＰＶ１８－ＤＮＡ．③结果卵巢癌组织９例（２１．４％）ＨＰＶ１６－ＤＮＡ阳性，１５例（３５．７％）ＨＰＶ１８－ＤＮＡ阳性，二者比较差异无显著性（χ２＝２．１０，Ｐ＞０．０５）；良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中，ＨＰＶ１６－ＤＮＡ和ＨＰＶ１８－ＤＮＡ均为阴性；ＨＰＶ１８的感染与卵巢癌组织学分级有关（χ２＝４．６９，Ｐ＜０．０５），ＨＰＶ１６和ＨＰＶ１８的感染与卵巢癌临床分期及组织学分类均无关（χ２＝０．００３，０．６５０，Ｐ均＞０．０５）。④结论ＨＰＶ１６和ＨＰＶ１８的感染可能与上皮性卵巢癌发生有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the infection of human papillomavirus type 16(HPV16) or type 18(HPV18) and epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods HPV16 DNA and HPV18 DNA were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in archival paraffin embedded tissues(1991￣1993), including 42 epithelial ovarian carcinomas, 26 benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 20 normal ovarian tissue samples. Results HPV16 DNA and HPV18 DNA were positive in 9(21.4%) and 15 (35.7%) samples of ovarian carcinoma respectively, and there was no significant difference between the positive rates of HPV16 and HPV18 DNA( χ 2=2 10,P >0 05). We didnt find any of HPV16 DNA and HPV18 DNA in benign tumors or normal tissues. HPV18 infection showed a correlation with histologic grading( χ 2=4 69,P <0 05). No significant correlation was found between HPV16 or HPV18 and clinical stage or histologic classification( χ 2=0 003,0 650,P >0 05). Conclusion The infection of HPV16 and HPV18 may be related to the development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.更多还原
