水稻潜根线虫侵染后寄主细胞膜丙二醛含量和外渗电导率的改变

【摘要】 利用通用旋转组合设计,讨论了不同接虫期和接虫量下,水稻潜根线虫侵染后,寄主水稻在3个生育期(分蘖期、拔节期、乳熟期)细胞膜丙二醛含量和外渗电导率的变化。病株丙二醛含量在3个生育期依次高出健株19.6%、9.1%和6.7%;分蘖期病株外渗电导率平均高出健株19.3%。同时,这两项指标在水稻3个生育期中的测定值受接虫期、接虫量的影响

【Abstract】 The values of MDA and Er (Electrolyxe efflux ratio) of affected rice plant cells by Hrischmanniella spp.was analyzed with the general rotation design during the three main development stages of rice plant.The average value of Er of affected plants was 19 3% higher than that of healthy plants during tillering stage.The value of MDA was 19 6%,9 1% and 6 7% higher than that of healthy plants during the three stages,respectively.The inculation date and density had influence on the values of MDA and Er.
