镍促进EB病毒转化人B淋巴细胞的研究
Studt on the enhancement of nickel on the transformation of human B lymphocytes by epstein-barr virus
【摘要】 本文报道10~40μg/ml NiSO46H2O(Ni)在试管中能使 FA 细胞株的 EB 病毒(EBV)核抗原(EBNA-2)表达增强10.99~39.29%。1~20μg/ml Ni 有明显促进 EBV 转化人脐血 B 淋巴细胞的作用,当多次加Ni 时促进效应更强,前者转化促进率为13.31~46.61,后者达22.70~57.04%。最佳浓度为10μg/ml。EBV 与鼻咽癌(NPC)密切相关,广东 NPC 高发区粮食和饮水中 Ni 的含量偏高,NPC 患者血和头发中 Ni 的水平明显高于健康人。研究结果提示,EBV 与 Ni 相互作用可能是 NPC 发生,发展过程中的一个协同因素。
【Abstract】 We demonstrated that NiSO4·6H2O(Ni)(10~40μg/ml) can enhance the EBNA-2 antigen expression of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) for 11.99-39.29% in FA cell line.We also showed that the transformation effect of B lymphocyte from human umbilical cord blood (BL) by EBV could be enhanced 13.31-46.61% in vitro by Ni(1-20μg/ml).The effect of Ni (1-20μg/ml) on BL trans- formation by EBV was markedly increased for 22.70-57.04% when Ni was added at multiple times. The optimun concentration of Ni is 10μg/ml. EBV is associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).The content of Ni in rice and drinking water was significantly higher in high risk areas for NPC of Guan dong than in low risk areas.The lev- els of Ni in blood and hair for NPC patiens were markedly higher than in healthy persons.Results of our studies suggest that the interaction of Ni and EBV may be a contributive cofactor to the occurence and development of NPC.
