Isoverbascoside对HL-60细胞生长和超微结构的影响
Effect of isoverbascoside on the multiplication and uitrastructure of HL-60 cells
【摘要】 HL-60细胞经5μmol/L 剂量的 Isoverbascoside 处理后,细胞生长显著受抑,生长抑制率达到34.5%;电镜观察结果表明;处理后的细胞,部分细胞核呈肾形,高尔基体发达,线粒体嵴数目增多,表明 Isoverbas-coside 能使 HL-60细胞的恶性程度降低。
【Abstract】 After treatment with 5μmol/L Isoverbascoside,the growth of HL-60 cells decreased re- markably,and the cellular growth inhibitory rate amounted to 34.5%.The results of electron micro- scope revealed that after treatment,part of the treated nuclei were kidneyshaped,the mitochondria and the Golgi complex tended to become typical in shape and structrue.All these suggested that Isoverbas- coside could reverse the maligant phenotypic characteristics of HL-60 cells.
