玻碳汞膜电极伏安法测定氟哌酸
DETERMINATION OF NORFLOXACINI BY VOLTAMMETRY ON THE GLASSY CARBON THIN MERCURY FILM ELECTRODE
【摘要】 本文提出一个使用玻碳薄汞膜电极测定氟哌酸的伏安法.在pH5.6~7的乙酸~乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,氟哌酸在-1500mv有一个灵敏的导数阴极波,用于胶囊中氟哌酸含量的测定,结果满意.氟哌酸浓度在0.2~500mg/L范围内与峰高呈线性,检测限为0.2mg/L,加标回收率在97.2~104%间,对含量为0.1g/粒的氟哌酸胶囊重复测定,RSD(n=5)为0.67%和1.26%.方法简便,结果准确
【Abstract】 Norfloxacini(FPA) has a sensitive cathodic wave in HAc NaAc(pH 5.6~7.0)buffer solution. The peak potential is -1500mv(vs. Ag/AgCl). The detection limit and the linear range of FPA are 0.20mg/L and 0.20~500mg/L. This method has been used for determination of FPA in capsulae norfloxacini with a satisfactory results. The RSD(n=5)are 0.67% and 1.26% for two samples. The recovery is 97.2% to 104.0%.
