作物抗旱增产剂浸种处理小麦的抗旱增产效应

【摘要】 在干旱胁迫下,抗旱剂处理可提高小麦幼苗SOD、CAT、POD的活性,减少MDA的积累,质膜结构相对稳定,可减缓叶片相对含水量的降低,植株生长抑制减轻,抗旱性明显增强。田间试验表明,抗旱剂处理可促进小麦的生长发育,提高结实率,增产幅度达16.3%~25.2%。

【Abstract】 It was seed treatment with Drug of Drought Resistance and Yield Increment (DODRAYI) that activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and peroxidase(POD)could be raised,and the level of malondial——dehyde(MDA) content could be reduced ,and the structure of plasmamembrane was relative stable ,and leaf relatie water content could be raised and inhibition of seedling growth were decreased in wheat seedling under drought stress.Therefore,the drought resistance were improved in wheat seedling.In field test,It was seed treatment with DODRAYI that wheat growth were improved,the yield increased by 16 89% ̄25 20% over the control.
