故障树分析法及其在轴承可靠性分析中的应用研究
Fault Tree Analysis and its Application to Bearing Reliability Analysis
【摘要】 采用故障树分析法对轴承失效机理进行研究,通过分析其故障模式与效应,研制出轴承失效故障树;编写出计算机辅助故障树分析程序;求出导致轴承失效的所有可能的故障模式,从而建立系统的故障谱,为轴承设计和维修提供了有益的参考。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the author is to deal with the bearing failure with the aid of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA),and develop fault tree of the bearing failure on the basis of bearing fault model and effect analysis. We design computer aided FTA program and find all possible fault models which result in bearing failure,and establish the system fault pedigree chart. This is of a great help to the bearing design and maintenance.
