辐射合成含β—环糊精主体分子的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶及其体积相变研究
STUDY ON RADIATION SYNTHESIS AND VOLUME PHASE TRANSITION OF β-CD-POLYACRYLAMIDE HYDROGEL
【摘要】 用60_co—γ射线辐射合成聚丙烯酰胺和含β—环糊精主体分子的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶,并通过碱性水解得到不同水解程度的水凝胶各样品。用元素分析和红外光谱表征水凝胶聚合物的组成。测试各水凝胶样品在不同浓度的丙酮—水溶液中的体积相变,并根据Flory—Huggins凝胶状态方程定性地解释由于水凝胶聚合物网络上主体分子β环糊精的引人,导致其发生体积相变时临界丙酮浓度的变化规律。
【Abstract】 Polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAM) and (3-cyclodextrin polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAMCD) are synthesized by radiation polymerization in aqueous solutions,and PAM and PAMCD hydrogels with different degrees of hydrolysis are obtained. The composition of all hydrogel polymers is characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectrum. The properties of volume phase transition of the hydrogels are studied in different concentrations of acetone -water solutions. By comparision between PAM andPAMCD hydrogels,it is found that host molecule β-CD bonded in the network of hydrogel polymer can influence on the critical acetone concentration at which the volume phase transition of hydrogel takes place. The cause is explained qualitatively by the state equation of gel.
