高炉风口区燃烧状态监测技术研究

【摘要】 介绍了国家“八五”重点攻关课题“氧煤强化炼铁新工艺研究”中开发的高炉风口区燃烧状态监测技术及其应用情况。在富氧喷煤工业试验中的应用证明,所开发的以红外成像的多种图像分析方法和直接测温技术相结合的综合测试分析技术,可以更科学、更全面地了解风口内煤粉燃烧的瞬时状态和燃烧发展过程,为进一步提高燃烧率研究探明方向。

【Abstract】 Monitoring technique of the coinbustion status of BF tuyere zone and its application are introduced,which has been developed in the tackled national key subject during the Eighth Five-Year Plan"A Study of the New Technology of Oxygen-coal Intensified Ironmaking". The practice in the industrical experiments on injection of pulverized coal with oxygen enriched blast shows that the comprehensive test and measurement method combining the varied types of image analysis methods with infrared ray image formation with the direct temperature measuring methods can detect more scientifically and all-sidely the transient status of pulverized coal combustion in tuyere zone and the developing process of combustion,giving the direction further to study the raise of combustion effciency.
