无卤抗冲阻燃材料研究

【摘要】 用自制的包覆红磷作主要阻燃剂,将包覆红磷、包覆红磷和其它助阻燃剂(水合金属氧化物、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺等)的复配物与高抗冲聚苯乙烯共混,进行燃烧测试分析,考察各种共混体系的燃烧行为,采用锥形量热仪研究红磷及其母粒在高抗冲聚苯乙烯实际燃烧模拟过程中的动态热效应、烟密度等,用氧指数等燃烧参数分析红磷及其它助阻燃剂在高抗冲聚苯乙烯共混物中的阻燃作用,得到了较好的阻燃体系,提出了红磷在共混物燃烧过程中“炭化-放热”竞争的作用机理。

【Abstract】 Coating red phosphorus made by our laboratory was used for flame retardant,the coating red phosphorus.red phosphorus (Px).hydrous metal oxide,poly (ammonium phosphate).and mclamine was blended with HIPS respectively.Combustion detection was carried out.Behaviour of various blend system have been researched.Dynamic thermal effect.optical density of smoke,etc.For red phosphorus and master-batch during the blend combustion simulation was researched by cone calormeter.Flame retardant effect of Px and the else assistants in the blends have been analysed by oxygen index,etc.Combustion parameters.Some good flame retardant system is obtained.The "charring-exothermic" competitive mechanism for red phosphorus during the blends combustion was raised.
