【摘要】 利用涤纶生产中的固体废弃物提取的间苯二甲酸(IPA)和对苯二甲酸(TPA)的混合二元酸与异辛醇反应制取了PVC用混合增塑剂。探讨了合成工艺、反应条件及后处理方法等对其性能的影响。研究结果表明,用此法制造的增塑剂成本低廉,性能优良,可在PVC中广泛应用,为环境保护,充分利用工业废弃物并使其升值找到一条新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mixed benzene dicarboxylic acids were extracted from the by-products of polyester fiber manufacturing process.Such mixed acids could be reacted with 2-ethylhexanol to form a low-cost plasti-cizer which was special valuable for PVC plastic products.The esterification conditions were discussed and the properties of plasticizer were tested.更多还原
