猕猴桃汁抗MNNG致g12细胞gpt位点突变的研究
SUPPRESSING EFFECTS OF KIWI FRUIT ON 6—THIOGUANINE—RESISTANT MUTATION INDUCED
【摘要】 采用哺乳动物细胞诱发基因突变试验,研究了魁蜜种和FruitingMale种猕猴桃汁对N—甲基—N’—硝基—N—亚硝基胍(MNNG)诱发g12细胞gpt位点突变的拮抗作用。结果表明,两种猕猴桃汁对MN-NG的诱变性都有显著的抑制作用,进一步说明了猕猴桃抗损伤作用的广谱性,同时发现猕猴桃汁的活性成分是在细胞内发生作用的。
【Abstract】 Antimutagenicity of the two kinds of kiwi fruit(KF) was studied with 6-thioguanine-resistant mutation assay.The results showed that both Kuimi and Fruiting Male KF could significantly reduce the frequency of 6-thioguanine-resistant mutants induced in g12 cell line by MNNG,and the suppressing effects of KF functioned within cells.
