超声波对铸造合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了超声波对铸造合金结晶过程、金相组织和力学性能的影响,探讨了超声波细化合金组织的机理。结果表明,在合金结晶过程中导入超声波可提高生核率,使合金组织细化,从而提高其力学性能。同时发现,超声波还能减轻金属的重量偏析。

【Abstract】 An investigation was conducted into effect of ultrasonic on the crystallization process, microstructure and mechanical properties and the mechanism of refining alloy structure using ultrasonic was also discussed. The results revealed that application of ultrasonic during solidification of alloys can increase the nucleation rate and refine alloy structures.thus improving the mechanical properties. At the same time, the ultrasonic was found to reduce gravity segregaton of alloys.
