【摘要】 观察50例活动期类风湿性关节炎患者,清痹合剂治疗组30例,总有效率90.0％,消炎痛合剂对照组20例,总有效率65.0％。两组的临床主要症状与体征的组间比较显示,治疗组好转程度优于对照组,其中关节肿胀指数、20米行速,两组间差异显著;两组实验室指标表明,治疗组疗后,ESR、RF、CRP、IgA、IgM、OKT₄、OKT₈、OKT₄/OKT₈等指标较明显改善,治疗前后有显著性差异;对照组疗后除IgA外各项指标无明显改善。从药物副作用统计结果分析,清痹合剂副作用较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty cases in the treated group showed a total effective rate of 90%, while that of 20 cases treated With Indomethacin mixture for control was 65%. Comparison on main symptoms and signs between the 2 groups revealed that for the degree of mitigation, the treated group was better, including swelling index of the joints 20meter walking speed, the difference between them being significant. In terms of lab indices, in the treated group the mitigation of ESR, RF, CRP, IgA. IgM, OKT4, OKT8. OKT4/OKT8 were all better after treatment,, that of the controlled group, all but IgA showed no obvious mitigation, again, the difference being significant. In terms of sideeffect, the Mixture yielded less adverse effect.更多还原
