【摘要】 为明确偏头痛患者是否存在痛阈的改变.采用屈反射(NFR)痛阈测定法.以32名正常人、9例肌病患者、5例多发性神经炎患者作为对照,对22例偏头痛者作了 NFR 阈及主观痛阈的量化测定。结果显示,与正常人组(痛阈6.72±1.16V。RⅢ反射阈7.34±1.21V)相比,偏头痛者的主观痛阈(5.39±0.59V)与 RⅢ反射阈(6.07±0.82)均降低;肌病与多发性神经炎则存在主观痛阈与 RⅢ反射阈改变的不一致。提示偏头痛者客观存在痛阈降低,而在肌病及多发性神经炎的测定结果则进一步证实了 NFR 痛阈测定法的特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the changes of pain threshold in migraiue,the threshold of NFR am] pain were measured in 22 cases of migraine,using the NFR—pain threshold measurement method built ourselves.32 normals,9 cases of neuromuscular disorders,and 5 cases of polyneuropathies were also measured as controls.The results showed,comparing with normals (pain threshold 6.72±1.16 Ⅴ,threshold of RⅢ 7.43±1.21Ⅴ),the threshohl of subjective pain (5.39±0.59 Ⅴ)and threshold of RⅢ(6.07±0.82Ⅴ)were significantly decreased in migraineurs,the changes of the threshold of subjective pain and RⅢ in neuromuscular disorders and poly neuropathies were uneven.The former suggests there was objective decrease of pain threshold in migraineurs,the latter proves the speciality of the method we used.更多还原
