【摘要】 采用正交设计法,以腹泻频度为指标,研究大承气汤的组成,以直观分析法和方差分析法分析实验结果。结果表明:主药不是大黄而是芒硝。以腹泻次数为指标,研究大承气汤与制大承气汤的泻下作用,研究大承气汤经典煎法与新煎法的疗效,研究大承气汤类方剂的效价。结果表明,制大承气汤的泻下作用比大承气汤明显减弱,新煎法的疗效比经典煎法的疗效高,复方大承气汤及新方的效价不如制大承气汤高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The composition of Dachengqi decoction was studied with orthogonal design and with the frequency of diarrhea as the target of treatment.The results indicated that mirabilite is the monarch drug of the decoction while Rhubarb is not.Using the frequency of diarrhea as target of treatment,the authors studied the purging actions of the Dachengqi decoction and prepared Dechengqi decoction,the therapeutic effect of the decoction prepared by new and classical method,and the po- tency of decoctions of altered prescriptions.The results showed that the purging action of prepared Dachengqi decoction was weaker than Dachengqi decoction;the therapeutic effect of the decoction prepared by new method was better than that prepared by the classical method;and the potency of compound Dachengqi decoction and the decoction of new formula was lower than prepared Daehengqi decoction,the potency of decoction of new formula being the lowest.更多还原
