丹参对抗庆大霉素耳毒性的实验研究

【摘要】 将20只豚鼠随机分为两组,每组10只。庆大霉素组每只肌肉注射庆大霉素160mg/kg,每天1次,连用10天;另一组每只豚鼠除给同等剂量庆大霉素外,并每天肌肉注射丹参注射液2ml。用药前后分别测量各组的听性脑干反应(ABR)闽值。用药后测定两组豚鼠耳蜗中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明:庆大霉素组比丹参组 ABR 阈值显著提高(P<0.05);MDA 的含量庆大霉素组也较丹参组显著增多(P<0.05)。这些实验结果提示:作为自由基清除剂的丹参可以减轻庆大霉素的耳毒性。

【Abstract】 Twenty guinea pigs were divided into two groups at random.Gentamycin group were injected intramuscularly with 160 mg/Kg gentamycin once a day for 10 days,another group were injected intramuscularly with gentamycin of the same dosage but at the same time with Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM)injection 2ml/d for 10 days.Before and after administration of the drugs,auditory brian-stem response(ABR) threshold was measured.After administration of the drugs,the level of MDA (malonydialdehyde) of the cochlea was measured.The results showed that ABR threshold increased significantly in Gentamycin group when compared with that in the SM group (P<0.05).These experimental results indicated that SM, as a free radical scavenger,can decreased the Ototoxicity of gentamycin.
