首乌粗提物与SOD复合液对小鼠CCl4引发肝损伤的保护作用
The Protective Effect of Polygonum Muitiflorum-SOD Compound Solution on CCI4 Induced Liver Injury in Mice
【摘要】 本研究探讨首乌与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)复合液对肝脏的药理效应。小鼠灌胃给药10天结果表明,其肝组织细胞 SOD 活力有显著提高(P<0.01),提示首乌粗提物与 SOD 伍用,在增强 SOD 活力上起共性效用,加强机体的防御机制,从而延缓细胞老化的发生。复合液对小鼠 CCl4引发的肝组织脂质过氧化损伤反应,呈较强抑制作用,使肝组织丙二醛(MDA)生成量明显降低(P<0.05),表明复合液能从保护胞膜机制上增强肝细胞结构的稳定性。首乌与125I-SOD 复合液示踪结果表明,外源性 SOD 与首乌粗提物配伍口服通过胃肠道能被吸收。
【Abstract】 The pharmacological effect of polygonum multiflorum (PM)-SOD compound solution on the liver was studied.The biological activity of SOD in mice liver tissues was markedly augmented (P<0.01) by administering the solution to the mice for 10 consecutive days.The study revealed that the crude extract of PM used in combination with SOD produced the effect of common property enhancing the biological activity of SOD in cells,which indicated that the PM-SOD corn pound solution might delay the development of biological aging of ceils by enhancing the defensive mechanism of the body. It is found that PM- SOD compound solution had a relatively strong inhibitory effect on CC14- induced lipid peroxidation reaction in mice liver tissues,causing the production of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver tissues to be decreased signifi- cantly (P<0.05),which showed that by the action of the solution the stability of liver cellular construction was increased by a mechanism of protecting the cell membrane.The results obtained by examining PM-125I-SOD compound solution by tracer technique showed that the exogenous SOD in combination with PM crude extract taken orally could be absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract.
