二仙片对老年大鼠血浆性激素、促性腺激素含量及脂代谢的影响
Effect of Erxian Tablet(二仙片)on Plasma Sex Steroid and Gonadotropin Levels and Lipidic Metabolism in Aging Rats
【摘要】 本研究采用放射免疫分析方法研究二仙片3个不同剂量组对16月龄老年大鼠的治疗作用。结果显示:该药能分别提高老年雌性大鼠血浆 E2和老年雄性大鼠血浆 T的含量（小剂量组 P<0.05,中、大剂量组 P 均<0.01）、降低两者血浆 LH 的含量（雌性小、中剂量组 P 均<0.01,大剂量组 P<0.05;雄性中剂量组 P<0.05）,同时,能提高老年雌性大鼠的血浆 HDL-C/TC 比值（中剂量组 P<0.05）,其中以二仙片中剂量组作用最为明显。
【Abstract】 The authors studied the effects of Erxian Tablet administered in three different dosages on aging rats(16 months) by useing RIA.The rats were divided into small,middle and large dosage groups.The results showed this drug can in crease plasma E2 concentration in aging female rats and plasma T concentration in aging male rats(small dosage group:P <0.05;middle and large dosage group:P<0.01);decrease plasma LH concentration(female:small and middle dosage group P<0.01,large dosage group P<0.05;male:middle dosage group P<0.05),and increase plasma HDL/Tch ra- tio in aging female rats(middle dosage group P<0.05).The effect of Erxian tablets on the rats of middle dosage group is the most significant.
