【摘要】 本研究运用放射免疫分析方法研究了肾囊注射丹参对一肾一夹高血压大鼠局部血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT Ⅱ)及其他有关因素的影响,发现了一肾一夹大鼠肾局部 AT Ⅱ显著高于正常,应用丹参肾囊注射之模型鼠局部 AT Ⅱ较之明显为低,而3组之间血浆 AT Ⅱ水平无明显差异。提示肾囊注射丹参的局部作用,为肾囊注射丹参治疗肾脏疾患提供了实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 RIA method was used to study the local angiotensin Ⅱ of one-kidney,oneclip(1k-1c)hypertensive rats after renal intracapsular injection of Salvia mihiorrhizae(SM).It showed that local AT Ⅱ level was higher in 1k-1c rats than that in control rats.But there were lower in 1k-1c with renal intracapsular injection of SM group than in 1k-1c rats(P<0.05). The plasma AT Ⅱ levels had no difference in three groups.That indicated the local effect of renal intracapsular injection SM.The result of this study gave us an experimental basis to treat the renal diseases with SM renal intracapsular injection method.更多还原
