三种中药抗氧化组分对实验性心肌缺血的保护作用
Protective Effect of Crataegus Flavone, Cynomorium Tannin and Green Tea Polyphenol on Myocardial lschemic Damage in Mice
【摘要】 用垂体后叶素造成 NIH 小鼠急性心肌缺血,从血清、心肌乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和血浆、心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量变化研究了山楂黄酮、锁阳单宁和绿茶多酚对心肌缺血的保护作用。结果显示上述3种中药抗氧化组分可明显地减少缺血小鼠心肌 LDH 漏出,降低心肌 MDA 含量,对实验性心肌缺血损伤有很好的保护作用。对3种中药抗氧化组分的心肌缺血损伤保护作用从抗再灌注自由基损伤角度进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Myocardial ischemia in NIH mice was modeled by using pituitrin.Detecting serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and myocardium LDH content and plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) and myocardium MDA content,the protective effect of Crataegus flavone,Cynomorium tannin and green tea polyphenol on experimental myocardial ischemic damage was stud- ied.Experimental results showed that 10mg/kg×20 of above three anti-oxidative components extracted from Chinese herbal medicines could also significantly decrease the leakage of LDH from myocardium and content of myocardium MDA, suggesting protective effect ou myocardial ischemic damage.The mechanism of the protective effect was discussed from anti-free radicals damage of reperfusion.
