光催化降解有机磷农药废水的研究

【摘要】 研究了以TiO粉未作为光催化剂,光催化降解有机磷农药废水的可行性。结果表明CODCr650mg·L-1,有机磷含量19.8m·L-1的农药废水,用375W中压汞灯照射4h,COD的去除率为90%,无机磷的回收率为99.8%。同时还研究了先催化剂TiO2的用量、初始pH值、空气流量、外加Fe3+浓度等多种因素对光催化降解的影响;并利用太阳聚光做了室外实验。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of photocatalytic degradation of organophosphorous pesticides wastewater using TiO2 powders as a photocatalyst was studied. The results showed that when wastewater had a COD concentration 650mg·L-1 and a organophosphate concentration 19. 8ing· L-1, there were a COD removal of 90% and aphosphate recovery of 99. 8% after 4h illumination with a medium pressure mercury lamp of 375W.The effect of the parameters,such as amount of Tio2, innal PH value,flow rate of air and Fe3+concentration, on the photocatalytic degradation were also investigated. The outdoor experiments were done using focused sunlight.
