【Abstract】 The author confirms that it is very essential and urgent the young editors should improve their self-intrinsic qualities and levels to bear the historical task going beyong the century. Moreover, the author advocates here, that they should always observe fine professional ethics with suitable thought style and knowledge structure having the capacity of digesting the newly information.
