高韧性热轧管线用钢的控轧控冷工艺

【摘要】 对高韧性管线用钢控轧控冷工艺制度、力能参数和产品质量的控制进行了测定、研究,并得出,此种管线用钢的轧制工艺制度为,出炉温度在1150℃左右,终轧温度为800℃左右,卷取温度为600℃左右,加速冷却速度为15℃/S左右。

【Abstract】 Measurement and study of controlled rolling and cooling technical procedure, force and power parameters as well as quality control about high toughness pipeline steel were taken. It is found that the better rolling technical procedure for this kind of steel is that temperature of delivery furnace is about 1150 ℃, finishing rolling temperature is about800 ℃, coiling temperature is about 600 ℃, accelerated cooling speed is about 15 ℃ /s.
