导数极谱法连续快速测定苋菜红和胭脂红
CONTINOUS RAPID DETERMINATION OF AMARANTH AND CARMINE WITH DERIVATION POLAROGRAPHY
【摘要】 本文应用导数极谱法研究了食品中人工合成色素——苋菜红、胭脂红的连续快速测定法.与经典的层析—分光光度法比较,本方法具有简便、快速、精确的特点.在pH9.4的氨基乙酸介质(0.1mol·L-1)中,苋菜红、胭脂红分别于-0.62V(vs·SCE),-0.83V(vs·SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附还原波,其导数波高分别与两色素的浓度在0.08~13.0mg/L,0.1~11.0mg/L范围内成直线关系,检测限分别为0.04mg/L,0.05mg/L.该法用于测定食品中苋菜红、胭脂红含量,结果令人满意
【Abstract】 This article describes the continous rapid determination of amaranth and carmine in food pigment with derivative polarography, In amino acetic acid buffer solution (pH=9.4), amaranth and carmine could produce a sensitive adsorbable reductive wave at -0.62V(vs.SCE) and -0.83V(vs.SCE). The change of the derivative peak height with concentration of amaranth and carmine is linear in the range of 0.08 ̄13.0mg/L and 0.1 ̄11.0mg/L. The detection limit was 0.04mg/L and 0.05mg/L. The method has been applied successfully to determine amaranth and carmine in grain.
