【摘要】 １９９０－１０～１９９４－１２，对５１２例患者行宫腔镜介入性超声检查。４８９例月经过多或子宫异常出血的患者被确诊为子宫粘膜下肌瘤（１０６／４８９）、子宫内膜息肉（１８３／４８９）、子宫内膜增生样病变（１２／４８９）及子宫腺肌症（３／４８９）。１３例反复流产的患者被证实有子宫不全中隔畸形。发现１３７例子宫壁间肌瘤中有４６例肌瘤突入子宫腔致宫腔畸形。８７例患者合并两种以上病变。９２例患者未见病变。结果表明：宫腔镜介入性超声检查弥补了单项宫腔镜检查和单项超声检查的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 From Oct. 1990 to Dec 1994, 512 women underwent interventional ultrasonic study during hysteroscopy. The results showed that 489 women with complaints of menorrhagia and metrorrhagia were diagnosed as having the submucous uterine myoma (106/489) , uterine polyp (183/489) . endometrial hyperplasia (12/489) . and the adenomyosis (3/489) . 13 out of 512 women who complained of recurrent abortion were diagnosed as having the uterus subseptus.The leiomyomas of 46 out of 137 women projected into the uterine cavity to cause the stricture and displacement of the cavity. More than two kinds of lesions were found in 87 women. 92 women were confirmed as having no metropathy. Our study showed that the defect of single ultrasonic examination or single hysteroscopy can be remedied by applying interventional ultrasonography during hysteroscopy.更多还原
