【Abstract】 It was shown in the study that Gong Ning Oral Liquid has an antiestrogen action.The drug could markedly inhibit the increase of exogenous plasma estradiol level and uterus weight in young mice caused by estrostilben.As to rabbits in blood stasis syndrome,it could decrease whole blood viscosity,quicken capillary blood speed,increase blood flow and improve blood flow state remarkably.Gong Ning Oral Liquid could also enhance NK cell activity,increase the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction under immunosuppressive state and promote production of inhibition of serum hemolysin.更多还原
