【Abstract】 The antiarrhythmia effects of daurisoline(DS) were evaluated in animal models.DS (5mg/kg iv) markedly increased the dose of aconitine (2μg/min iv) in rats and ouabain (10μg/min iv) in guinea pigs induced ventricular extrasystole,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest.DS prevented of atrial fibrillation (flutter) induced by CaCl 2 Ach in mice.It (2 5mg/kg iv) could elevate significantly the threshold of electrical ventricular fibrillation in rabbits.DS (1 7mg/kg) was also effective in preventing reperfusion induced arrhythmias in rats.Compared with dauricine at the equitoxic doses,the antiarrhythmia effects of daurisoline was similar.All the results have shown that daruisoline has “broad spectrum” antiarrhythmic properties.更多还原
