【Abstract】 i Nao Chong Ji (YNCJ) is an experimental prescription used for stroke and vascular dementia. In this peper,the authors investigated the effect of YNCJ on experimental cerebral ischemic damage model. Cerebral ischemia wereproduced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The result indicated that YNCJ could impove the abnormal behavior, prevent the neuron damage from severe ischemic, inhibit Na+ and water increase in the brain of MCAO rats.更多还原
