【摘要】 为探讨葡萄糖刺激后C肽及胰岛素应答分泌水平的异同及其临床意义，本文对58例糖尿病患者进行C肽及胰岛素释放水平的对比研究。结果显示C肽与胰岛素释放水平呈现3种表现：①低C肽低胰岛素释放（ICIS组，n＝10）；②高C肽高胰岛素释放（HCIS组，n＝45）；③低C肽高胰岛素释放（ICHIS组，n＝3）。ICHIS组与HCIS组比较，胰岛素释放水平无明显差异，但C肽释放水平显著不足（P＜0．05）。3组患者C肽释放水平与临床用药效果相吻合。因此，本文认为，C肽释放水平在指导临床治疗、糖尿病分型及对胰岛B细胞功能评估方面，均比胰岛素释放水平更准确可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 To surch the response conditions of C-peptide (C-P) and insulin to G.S stimulation, we measured the value of C-p and insulin after having G. S in 58 diabetes mellitus. The results showed 3 diffirent conditions: (1) Inadequate C-p and insulin secretion (ICIS group, n= 10), (2) High C-p and insulin secretion (HCIS group,N = 45), (3) Inadeguate C - p but high insulin secretion (ICHIS group, n =3). The value of insulin secretion was no difference but the value of C-p secretion was significant statistical difference between the HCIS group and ICHIS group (P<0. 05) The value of C-p secretion was coincide With the conditions of clinical therapy in all of them.These study suggests that the value of C-p measure is more significant than that of insulin measure in clinical therapy guidance,classifing diabetes mellitus and valuing island cell function.更多还原
