【摘要】 本文分析了１５年来住本科１２２例新生儿惊厥的临床特点、病因及治疗。按Ｖｏｌｐｅ分类法分五型，微小型占３４．４％，多灶阵挛型２６．２％，强直型２３．８％，局灶性阵挛型１０．６％，肌阵挛型５％。主要病因为感染、缺氧缺血性脑病、代谢异常及颅内出血。对不同病因所致的惊厥、惊厥的首发年龄、惊厥的频率及治疗等进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 the clinical characterastics,pathogeny and treatment for 122 cases of neonatal seizures in past 15 years were analysed.On the basis of Volpe’s classification,of the 122 cases,42 cases(34.4%)were defined to be the subtle type,32 cases(26.2%)were defined to be the multifocal seizures,29 cases(23.8%)had tonic type,13 cases(10.6%)had local seizures,6 cases(5%)had myoclonus type,Main causes of seizures in this study group were infection,HIE,metabolic disturbance and intracranial hemorrhage,In this article,the seizures caused by all kinds of diseaes,age of convulsion first offence,frequency of convulsion and neonatal sezures treatment were discussed.更多还原
