【Abstract】 The cast technology inserting aluminium matrix composite into cast aluminium alloy was investigated. The surface treatment of composite inserts (grit blasting, zinc plating and nickel plating) and the casting technological parameters (mould temperature, preheating temperature of inserts, cast temperature of aluminium alloy and the time of casting operation) were employed to obtain excellent interface bond between composite inserts and cast aluminium alloy.更多还原
