低压浸渗法制备Gr(C)/Mg复合材料

【摘要】 对用低压浸渗法制备石墨(碳)长纤维镁基复合材料进行了研究。结果表明,制备工艺条件对复合状况、界面反应及复合材料性能均有明显影响。通过纤维表面SiO2涂层处理和优化浸渗工艺,可成功地制备出高性能的复合材料,拉伸断裂强度可达509MPa,模量亦可达142GPa。

【Abstract】 Gr(C)/Mg composites were prepared by low pressure infiltration. Results showed that the infiltration, interface reaction and tensile stress of composite materials were affected obviously by fabrication conditions. Through fiber SiO 2 coating and optimum infiltration processing, composite materials with high mechanical properties were produced. Its tensile strength was as high as 509 MPa and modulus of elasticity 142 GPa.
