PbSiF6─H2SiF6体系电沉积铅的电化学
ELECTROCHEMISTRY OF ELECTRODEPOSITING Pb IN PbSiF 6 H 2SiF 6 SYSTEM
【摘要】 采用动电位法研究了在PbSiF6H2SiF6电解液体系中,添加剂及工艺参数对电沉积Pb阴极过程的影响,探讨了电沉积Pb过程的电化学反应机理。研究结果表明,控制电解液含Pb量为40~120g/L,H2SiF6为90~120g/L,添加剂木质磺酸钠为4g/L时,可以获得高质量的Pb沉积物
【Abstract】 The influence of additive and technological parameter on cathode process of electrodepositing Pb in PbSiF 6 H 2SiF 6 electrolytic system was investigated by motional electric potential. The electrochemical mechanism of the process is indicated. The experimental results showed that controlling Pb in electrolyte as 40~120g/L,H 2SiF 6 as 90~120g/L, sodium wood sulfonate additive as 4g/L, high quality deposit Pb was obtained.
