【摘要】 缬草挥发油及提油后的药渣以不同浓度（６０～８５％）乙醇渗漉制取的浸膏粉都具有镇痛作用，浸膏的镇痛作用随乙醇浓度升高而增强，浸膏的镇痛作用高于挥发油。缬草挥发油有突出的平滑肌解痉作用，８５％乙醇制取的浸膏有缓和的解痉作用，６０％乙醇制取的浸膏则无解痉作用。缬草挥发油与浸膏在解痉、镇痛上有良好的协同作用。缬草药材随干燥与贮放含油率严重下降，挥发油稳定性差。缬草制剂制备时宜用新鲜药材蒸馏－８５％乙醇渗漉二步提取，挥发油以β－环糊精包结更多还原

【Abstract】 Nuanxin Fang is an experimential recipe of Prof.Deng Tietao for the treatment of con-gestive heart failure. The inotropic action and hemodynamic effect of refined preparation of the recipewere studied by isolated guinea pig hearts and hearts of anesthesized dogs in vivo. The results showedthat Nuanxin Fang had a hiphasic inotropic action .The negative inotropic action appeared early,lastedfor a short time and was dominant in the isolated hearts;while the positive inotropic action appeared aftera period of inhibition ,lasted for a longer time and was dom inant in the in vivo dog hearts.It was foundin the anesthesized dogs that Nuanxin Fang significantly improved myocardiac diastolic and systolicfunctions,increased cardiac oulput and coronary blood flow.更多还原
