【Abstract】 Freund’s complete adjuvant and type II collagen were used to establish rat models witharthroncus and arthritis. The pathologic changes revealed chronic inflammations such as fibroplastic pro-liferation of articular destruction of bone and articular surface, inflammatory exudation of articular cavi-ty, etc., showing that the pathologic feature is similar to that of human rheumatoid arthritis. However,type II collagen can induce more serious inflammation than freund’s complete adjuvant.更多还原
