【摘要】 用病例一对照研究方法，探讨我省某厂职工肝场高发与ＨＢＶ，ＨＣＶ感染的相关关系。结果显示，ＨＢＶ感染率在肝癌高发人群组为５５．６９％（２７４／４９２），显著高于肝癌一般发病人群组１３．８９％（７７／５５５）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。而ＨＣＶ感染率在两人群组相似，分别为０．４１％（２／４９２）和０．５４％（３／５５５）（Ｐ＞０．５）。提示目前我省某厂职工肝癌高发与ＨＢＶ感染有关，与ＨＣＶ感染无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 n a case-control study,we inquired into the relationship between HBV,HCV infection and the high risk of HCC in certain workers of Sichuan province. It was displayed that the HBV infection rate in the high risk population was 55.69%(274/492),obviously higher than general population(13.89%,77/555,P<0.005).The HCV infection rates in thses two populations were 0.41%and 0.54%,respectively(P>0.5).It is indicat-ed that the high risk of HCC in certain workers of Sichuan province is in close relation to HBV infection,not to HCV infection.更多还原
