【Abstract】 The Structural identification of five anthocyanins isolated from the edible deepblue honeysuckle(Lonicera Caerulea) was catried by chromatogrph, hydrolycation, spectroanalysis, HPLC and NMRexperiments. The major anthocyanins was established as Cyanidin - 3 -glucoside. The minor were i-dentified Cyanindin - 3, 5 - diglucoside, Cyanidin - 3 - rutinoside, Cyanidin - 3 - gentiobioside and peonidin - 3 - glucoside.更多还原
