经颅多普勒检测颅内血管分布的方法
A method to detect cerebrovascular distribution automatically in TCD device
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种在经颅多普勒脑血流检测系统中自动搜寻颅内血管位置的方法及实现,用解调后回波信号的能量来指示每个深度点的血流状态,通过动态移动采样容积的位置,得到沿声束指向各个检测深度处的血流状态分布并显示出来。医生据此来判断血管的位置,从而克服了传统TCD中查找血管困难的问题。
【Abstract】 In this paper we present a method to locate and identify cerebral arteries automatically in transcranial Doppler ultrasonic device, including its theory and realizaticn, We use energy of demodulaated complex Doppler signal, which is defined by as a parameter to indicate whether there is blood or not at a certain intracranial point. Fy changing the position of sampling volume sequentialy, we get the cerebrovascular distribution informaticn alone the ultrasound beam and display it on computers screen so that clinical doctor can locate and identify a certain cerebral artery easily and quickly, Thi.ecchnology overcomes the difficulties in lccating and identifying oerebral arteries in traditional TCD devices
