【摘要】 本文报告了江苏省中医院等六家医院用胃血宁合剂治疗消化性溃疡、胃炎出血318例的临床研究.设立了以去甲肾上腺素、止血芳酸治疗的对照组.治疗组总有效率为96.75%,对照组有效率为93.14%,经Ridit检验,疗效有显著性差异.在临床研究中还观察了两组起效时间、大便转阴时间、胃镜象、幽门螺杆菌、血液流变学等指标.各项指标均显示治疗组疗效优于对照组.更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of Wei Xue Ning’mixture were observed in 318 cases of hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer and gastritis in six TCM hospitals of Jiangsu province and compared with that of noradrenalin and p-aminomethyl. The total effective rate of the treated group was 96. 75% and that of the control group was93. 14%. Ridit test showed that the therapeutic effect between the two groups had significant difference. In the study, many therapeutic indexes were also observed. All indexes demonstrate that the effect of the treated group is superior to that of the control group.更多还原
