【摘要】 本组207例临床分析提示蝮蛇咬伤后可以诱发或促进多系统脏器功能损害或衰竭(MSOF).用中西医结合方法治疗,结果痊愈203例,占98.07%;无效4例,占1.93%.观察表明,患者的年龄、咬伤伤痕及齿距大小、伤后入院时间长短、局部与全身症状、体征、受累系统脏器多少等均与中毒程度呈正相关.作者认为,强调伤后必须坚持排毒解毒、保护改善肝肾功能,加强防治呼吸衰竭的意识是抢救成功的关键.更多还原

【Abstract】 207 cases of multiple system organ failure caused by agk-istrodon halys bite were treated with Chinese and Western medicine. 203 cases were cured (98. 07%), 4 cases got failure result (1. 93%). Aanlysis showed that the degree of intoxication is related to the age of the patients, the range of bite wound, the distance between the tooth of snake, the bite time, as well as the local and general signs and symptoms of the patients and the numbers of damaged organs. The authors hold that expelling toxin, protecting the functions of the liver and the kidney and preventing respiratory failure is the key to rescue the patients.更多还原
