【摘要】 检测40例慢性支气管炎肺气虚证、39例慢支隐性肺证患者及36例正常人外周血．支气管肺灌洗液中皮质激素以及肺泡巨噬细胞（AM）内cAmp和cGmp含量。结果表明：肺气虚证局部内分泌功能紊乱，隐性肺证局部内分泌功能基本正常，CORT对AM内cAmp和cGmp含量具有明显调节作用。总之，通过深入研究肺气虚证局部内分泌功能紊乱及其对AM功能影响，为临床肺气虚辨证论治提供理论基础及客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Examing cAmp,cGmp andCortisol in serum, Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid(BALF) and Alveolar Macrophage (AM) from 40 COPD Patients with Pulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndrome, 39 COPD Patients with Recessive Pulmonary Syndrome and 36 normal sudjects. Results showed that the incretion function was of disorder in patients with Pulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndrome,and that was normal in patients with Recessive Pulmonary SYndrome. Cortisol could stimulated the amount of cAmp and cGmp in AM obviously. By researching local incretion function disorder and it’s influences in AM funotion from patients with Pulmonary Qi Deflciency Syndrome, this article showed theoretic bases for syndrome differentiation in TCM and objective rely for Pulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndrome.更多还原
